A faux pearl ring from the Chanel fall-winter 2009/10 Collection

The brilliance of a diamond comes from the way it is cut, but why hang on to the same regular pattern. I was quite fascinated to discover an innovative way to cut stones and make then look even better. I must admit that I am attracted to creativity rather than standard or classical designs. So here they are: the curl-cut gemstones.

The totally custom jewelry are at the point where jewelry and art best combine. The gemstones are natural, thus untreated, and one of a kind carved. The settings for this gorgeous rare stones are also custom made, so the pieces are truly unique in both stone and setting.
